As a Client Relationship Executive (CRE), you will be the bridge between clients, customers, and the company. You will manage client onboarding, feedback, and support, while also assisting in business growth strategies and CRM activities. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new clients and manage their documentation.
2. Connect with clients regularly, collect feedback, and prepare monthly feedback reports for senior management.
3. Create and manage client profiles on Google and social media, including online review management.
4. Analyze charging station sales data, prepare growth strategies, present them to management, and implement approved plans.
5. Track and present the results of past business strategies.
6. Provide client support, handle escalations, and ensure timely problem resolution.
7. Manage customer support calls from property owners or EV users, raise tickets, and connect them with relevant teams.
8. Onboard new charging stations on the CRM and mobile app.
9. Support operations team by releasing POs to vendors (canopy, signage, chargers, etc.) after management approval.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
