Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Knovista's training programs and IT services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, corporate clients, and partners.
Conduct basic market research to identify potential markets, trends, and competitors.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
Present Knovista's services and training programs effectively to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for enrollments and sales.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or IT preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing can apply.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT training or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
