Job Summary:
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Aimvoc, a new-age educational institution. You'll play a key role in driving admissions by handling enquiries, converting leads, and building relationships with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Manage lead generation and follow-up for admissions
- Conduct virtual/in-person counselling sessions to understand student needs and guide them through the admission process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote courses and events
- Track and report on lead conversion and admissions metrics
- Support events like open houses, seminars, and campus tours
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
