Job Description

About the Role:



1. Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.

2. Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and convert them into business deals.

3. Pitch IT services (web/app development, digital marketing, ERP solutions, etc.) to prospective clients.

4. Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create customized proposals.

5. Maintain CRM and track all sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications.

6. Participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person) and deliver effective presentations.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

8. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills Required:



1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong negotiation and closing abilities

3. Understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle

4. Lead generation and sales pipeline management

5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
