The Business Development Executive will support the CLS Event conference team in driving delegate registrations, sponsorship leads, and partnership opportunities. The role includes outreach, lead generation, client interaction, and contributing to the overall success of global conferences.

Key Responsibilities1. Delegate Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential delegates for upcoming conferences.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and convert them into confirmed participants.
2. Sponsorship & Partnership Support
Assist in identifying potential sponsors, institutions, and corporate partners.
Support senior team members in presenting event benefits and partnership packages.
Help maintain relationships for future collaborations.
3. Client Relationship Management
Manage communication with delegates, speakers, and partners before and after the event.
Provide registration support and ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
4. Market Research & Strategy Assistance
Research target markets, competitors, and emerging industry trends.
Share insights with the team to support sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in preparing promotional materials.
5. Event Coordination Support
Help coordinate conference sessions, virtual meetings, and attendee logistics.
Work with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
Skills & QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
