Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and networking.
Manage and operate online bidding platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer
, and similar portals to generate leads and secure projects.
Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and propose customized business and technical solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and project management) to ensure successful delivery of client solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
1.5 years of proven experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT / software services).
Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
