We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead the team and execute strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new revenue streams, developing business strategies, and ensuring effective coordination with key stakeholders, including doctors, patients, partners, and vendors. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.
Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive and achieve quarterly revenue targets by implementing effective business development strategies.
Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to identify new revenue streams, expand market reach, and increase profitability.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth in the healthcare sector.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration with doctors, patients, partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure business goals are met.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and service partners, to expand the company's service portfolio.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues or queries from stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations and enhance customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to drive business initiatives and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
This role may require travel to meet with partners, B2B companies ,clients, Hospitals, consulting firm or attend industry events.
Performance-driven incentives based on revenue and business milestones.
