Position Details :

Designation: Field Sales Executive Number of Positions: 2 Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-5 years (Building materials / construction sales preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, developers, and dealers regularly Generate leads and convert site visits into confirmed orders Promote and sell AAC Blocks to ongoing and upcoming projects Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for order execution Achieve monthly sales targets to earn incentives Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and project information

Requirements :

Experience in cement, AAC blocks, bricks, RMC, steel, or construction material sales preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively for site visits Self-motivated and target-oriented Two-wheeler preferred

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
