This position will serve as a Building Management System Senior Engineer with demonstrated subject matter expertise with industrial and nuclear Control System Design. Responsibilities: . Provide technical direction, guidance and demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of the BMS Control System Design. . Provide progress reports and updates on BMS Control System Team progress. . Coordinate with other disciplines including Electrical and HVAC to develop design. . Develop detail hardware and infrastructure design documents and drawings including control cabinets, I/O drawings, wiring design, installation drawings, network drawings, and cable schedules required for the BMS Control System design. . Develop I/O list from P&IDs and other input documents . Develop Logic Diagrams . Check BMS Control Systems detail designs developed by others including BMS Control System supplier. . Develop BMS Control System requisition for contract support by BMS vendor during detail design. . Apply working knowledge of NEC, ISA, and IEEE to site facilities. Basic Job Requirements . Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and eight (8-10) years of work-related experience a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements . Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors . Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job . Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines . Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Remote work requests will be evaluated based on positions, job function, and project requirements.
