About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to join our Facility Management team. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with

minimum 1 year of experience

in facility management or related fields such as

retail/store management

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day facility and operational management activities. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth operations of the facility, maintaining standards and compliance. Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utility services. Maintain records, reports, and checklists for audits and operational efficiency. Assist senior management with operational improvements and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

: Minimum 1 year in facility management / retail / store management.

Education

: Graduate in any discipline/Diploma

Age

: Maximum 30 years.

Gender

: Male candidates only.

Other

: Must own a bike for work-related travel.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month
