Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise overall

building maintenance operations

including civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry works

Skills & Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical

4+ years experience

in building or facility maintenance supervision Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and basic MEP systems Good team handling and vendor management skills Plan and execute

preventive and breakdown maintenance

to ensure smooth facility operations Conduct regular

building inspections

and identify repair and safety issues Manage

technicians, vendors, and contractors

effectively Ensure proper functioning of

utilities

such as water supply, power, drainage, and lighting systems Handle

emergency maintenance issues

and urgent repairs Maintain

maintenance records, reports, and material inventory

Ensure compliance with

safety standards and statutory requirements

Coordinate with facility management and housekeeping teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
