Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).

Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify repair needs and safety hazards.

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Manage maintenance staff and assign tasks.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
