to oversee and maintain the physical infrastructure of our campus.

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible

Building Structure Supervisor

to manage the structural integrity of the school building and ensure cleanliness across the campus. The ideal candidate should have a background in civil engineering and be hands-on in handling day-to-day maintenance and structural tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and inspect building structural activities including repairs, minor constructions, and upkeep. Ensure regular maintenance of the school infrastructure (walls, roofs, plumbing, drainage, etc.). Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the entire school premises, including classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and surrounding areas. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance works. Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues promptly to the school management. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Conduct periodic inspections and provide suggestions for improvement or preventive maintenance.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred). 5 years of experience in building maintenance, supervision, or related field. Basic understanding of civil construction and structural standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues early. Ability to manage a team of housekeeping or maintenance staff. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
