Napier City Council is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Building Administrator to join our Community Resilience & Assets team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support for the management of Council's building assets, ensuring compliance, smooth operations, and excellent service delivery across community facilities.
You'll assist with building compliance programs, coordinate maintenance and operational activities, manage leased premises administration, and foster strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, lessees, and community stakeholders.
