The role's core functions are:


Responsible for verifying all budgets with respect to material sent and Billing done.


Cost analysis of awarded project.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic: Planning control measures for Budgeting & Costing & Maintain Quality.

Implementation:
Responsible for making Material Budget.


Reconciliation of Items/ material consumed against Material budget and our RA Bills and reporting the discrepancies if any and getting the same corrected.


Checking the Cumulative stock Statement of Purchase and Sites and reporting the discrepancies if any and getting the same corrected.


Conduct Surprise visit at sites and tally the actual material with records of stock register.


Audit of the Stock on the site


Site stock audit report


Checking the monthly Report on budgeted material of all sites and reporting the discrepancies if any and getting the same corrected.


Should be able to do follow-up with Site Engineer


Checking the sub contractor's bill quantities w.r.t our bill quantities of all sites and reporting the discrepancies if any and getting the same corrected


Controlling the Quality at Sites.


Responsible for Preparation of Rate analysis and controlling the costing.

Civil Engineering with 1-3 years of Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
