Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying and explaining variances between actual and budgeted figures, Variance analysis. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights and recommendations. Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis. Assist in long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and cost efficiency. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes with relevant financial data. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) as a Budget Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
