Duties
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
Supervise and train bar staff on food preparation, beverage service, and safety protocols
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the bar area
Develop and implement staff training programs focusing on food handling, customer service, and shift management
Coordinate with kitchen management for food production, catering, and banquet services when necessary
Manage shift schedules, supervise team members, and assist with interviewing new staff members
Oversee budget adherence, cost control measures, and overall restaurant or bar management strategies
Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality excellence and team leadership
Experience
F-bar club oriented experience of2- 5 years
Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management roles with supervisory responsibilities
Extensive background in bar operations within casual or fine dining environments; hotel or catering experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for cash handling and order processing
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards
Experience in staff training, team management, and leadership within the food industry
Background in managing budgets, inventory control, and shift management in fast-paced settings
Prior experience working with diverse teams including bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management personnel
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency
