Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is recruiting for Head, Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions - JJMI role, located in Mumbai

This is a key position in Johnson & Johnson MedTech India Leadership team.

Cardiovascular Speciality Solutions (CSS) Business globally is the world leader in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, neurological diseases, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, and is one of the fastest growing businesses within Johnson & Johnson

The Business Unit head, CSS India will be responsible for sales and marketing commercialization of the CSS franchise across India - achieving sales objectives and greater market penetration for CSS products in new and established specialty accounts. This role will lead the Sales & Marketing strategy; and execution of the Commercial and Clinical plan for the strengthening of the CSS business in India by identifying and developing new commercial opportunities for CSS business within public and private institutions, supporting the market growth and commercial objectives.

Role Overview:

  • Manages the development and execution of strategic marketing research activities needed to achieve financial objective
  • Identifies, prioritizes, directs, and executes key projects, programs, and initiatives outlined within the business plan. Develops and approves refinements to the plan in response to changing business and competitive conditions/needs.
  • Develops and implements local customer engagement strategy by working with various cross-functional leaders at various levels of the organization to identify our organization needs.
  • Provides leadership, mentorship and customer product expertise to the sales team and marketing team to meet/exceed established sales goals through the implementation strategies.
  • Builds business model, explores and observes potential business opportunities, communicates and educates customers, maintains customer relationship, builds brand awareness and confidence, builds customer\'s delight.
  • Leads, motivates, develops teams - Ensures the team is of the highest quality possible and that skills are continuously improved.
  • Builds business plans, geography plans, and product portfolio plans aligned with market scenario and franchise strategy; defines objectives and growth plans based on Business Plan, historic trends, and future projections.
  • Provides credo-based leadership, and inspires others in the strategic vision of the organization
  • Works effectively with external stakeholders to shape partnerships for increasing awareness and payer coverage of heart arrythmias and stroke.
