Job Title: BTT Trainer cum Operation Executive (Wind Sector)

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BTT (Basic Technical Training) Trainer cum Operation Executive to support our training and operational activities in the wind energy sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting BTT training and will also support operational requirements when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Training (Primary Role):

Conduct Basic Technical Training (BTT) modules for new trainees and employees in the wind sector.

Deliver training in Mechanical, Electrical, and related technical subjects as per industry standards.

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, manuals, and assessments.

Ensure training quality, safety compliance, and adherence to curriculum guidelines.

Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback, evaluations, and certification support.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Operations (Secondary Role):

Support operational activities as required by the organization.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules, documentation, logistics, and field support.

Assist in planning and executing operational tasks including resource allocation, site coordination, and administrative support.

Ensure smooth communication between training and operations teams.

Handle additional operational responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2-4 years of experience as a technical trainer, preferably in the wind energy sector.

Strong knowledge of Basic Technical Training (BTT) modules.

Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities (training + operations).

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
