Job Purpose
The BTL Sales Executive will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, lead generation, and conversion through direct marketing initiatives. The role focuses on driving business through field-level execution, customer engagement, and coordination with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute
BTL sales activities
such as site activations, kiosks, roadshows, canopy setups, society campaigns, and field promotions
Generate quality leads through on-ground activities and ensure timely follow-ups
Pitch Propcare products/services to prospective customers and close sales
Coordinate with the
Operations Manager
for daily activity planning and execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and daily activity reports
Ensure proper branding, visibility, and compliance during BTL activations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to management
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong field sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Hands-on experience in BTL activities and on-ground promotions
Result-oriented with the ability to work under targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management processes
Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage)
