We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
BTL Sales Executive
to join our
PropCare Marketing team
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, driving local brand visibility, and generating quality leads through field sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Conduct
BTL (Below the Line)
marketing activities such as
pamphlet distribution, standees, posters, stickers, and local branding
.
Coordinate with
RWA teams, maintenance staff, and local communities
to plan and execute marketing drives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
residential societies and property maintenance teams
.
Organize and participate in
local events, RWA meetings, and society interactions
to promote PropCare services.
Identify new localities and strategic spots for marketing visibility and engagement.
Track and report daily
field sales activities, leads generated, and conversion updates
.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve on-ground strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
field sales, BTL marketing, or real estate promotion
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Conveyance (bike/scooter)
is a must.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Energetic, confident, and comfortable with on-ground client interactions.
