Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative BTL Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing BTL campaigns, including activations, events, in-store promotions, and direct marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor BTL marketing activities such as roadshows, mall activations, in-clinic promotions, kiosk setups, exhibitions, and retail tie-ups. Execute targeted campaigns in line with overall marketing strategy. Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and third-party agencies for smooth execution of on-ground events. Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Ensure brand consistency and visibility during all BTL activities. Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads generated through BTL efforts are followed up. Obtain permissions and licenses for executing on-ground campaigns in public spaces. Manage budgets for BTL marketing initiatives and ensure cost-efficiency. Prepare reports, analyze ROI, and provide detailed feedback post-campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in BTL marketing or event management (for executive level). Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Creative mindset with a hands-on approach.
