Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on BTL Marketing Manager who will drive on-ground activations, local brand presence, and footfall generation for our CAB stores in New Delhi. This role is about executing smart, high-impact campaigns that connect us with homeowners, interior designers, and premium residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & execute store launches, retail activations, and monthly BTL campaigns Build partnerships with RWAs, premium societies, architects, and clubs Manage local marketing vendors (printers, exhibition stall fabricators, promoters, etc.) Organize in-store events, design workshops, and live demos to increase walk-ins Coordinate with CAB marketing team on ATL + digital integration Ensure cost-effective execution of activities with clear ROI metrics Generate leads database from on-ground campaigns and track conversions
What We're Looking For

4-8 years of experience in BTL marketing / retail activations / event management Strong local market knowledge of Delhi NCR (premium markets + societies) Proven vendor & agency network for BTL execution Creative mindset with budget discipline Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English & Hindi Hustler attitude - must be willing to work evenings/weekends for activations
