Job Title

BTL Manager (Camps & Field Activations)

Reporting To

Marketing Head / Trade Marketing Lead / Regional Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

The BTL Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring below-the-line marketing campaigns--particularly camps, field activations, outreach events etc.--to build brand visibility, engage consumers directly, and generate leads/footfall.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Activation Planning

Develop concepts and strategies for camps / field activations (health camps, sampling camps, roadshows etc.). Create activation plans with timelines, budgeting, and resource mapping. Align camp campaigns with overall marketing & brand goals.

Execution & Logistics

Coordinate venue identification, permissions, equipment, and infrastructure for camps. Oversee transport, setup, staffing, supplies, permits, and field logistics. Ensure all branding materials, booths, signage etc. are produced and delivered on time.

Vendor / Agency Management

Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors, contractors, field execution teams. Ensure vendors deliver quality, on time, within budget. Monitor vendor performance, address issues, ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Field Team Management

Recruit, train, supervise on-ground staff / promoters / volunteers for camps. Provide briefing & guidelines, monitor performance, ensure discipline & quality. Ensure staff understand campaign objectives, messaging, target outcomes.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare detailed budgets, track and control costs throughout the campaign. Ensure ROI / cost per activation, optimize expenses vs. output. Approve invoices and verify deliverables.

Measurement & Reporting

Define KPIs (footfall, leads generated, conversions, brand recall etc.). Monitor real-time performance, field audits, feedback. Compile post-activation reports, lessons learned, recommendations for future.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with sales, distribution, CRM, product teams to align camp activities. Liaise with local authorities, RWA, community groups, partners for camps. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, local regulations.

Branding & Marketing Collateral

Ensure consistency in brand identity across all camp materials. Oversee creation of pamphlets, banners, experiential kits, sampling kits etc. Periodic innovation: suggest new ideas, formats, tools to improve camp reach/impact.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure the camps comply with safety, licensing, local regulations. Conduct field audits, mystery checks, quality assurance. Resolve operational challenges on the ground.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.94 per year
