Role & responsibilities



Execute

BTL and field marketing activities

to increase brand visibility, awareness, and clinic walk-ins.

Plan and manage on-ground activations

such as outreach camps, promotional drives, school/college tie-ups, corporate events, and community engagement initiatives.

Build and maintain partnerships

with corporates, RWAs, communities, institutions, and local groups for brand engagement and lead generation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders

(operations, branding, digital, and regional teams) to ensure seamless planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and local insights

to support data-driven marketing and business decisions.

Prepare regular performance reports, ROI analysis, and insights

to share with management for review and strategy refinement.

Preferred candidate profile

:

Graduate with 3+ years of experience in BTL/offline marketing or field activation roles.

Prior exposure to healthcare, retail, diagnostics, or service-based industries is

preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with frequent field travel across locations.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
