Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic BTL Executive to drive on-ground brand promotions, execute events, and engage with colleges/institutions. The role involves hands-on field activities, stall installations, event coordination, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit colleges/institutions to drive brand awareness and promote offerings Plan, organize, and execute BTL events and activities Manage stall setups, kiosks, and promotional installations Distribute marketing collaterals, forms, and capture leads Collaborate with the marketing team for seamless execution Monitor, report, and evaluate event outcomes and lead quality
Requirements:

6 months - 1.5 years of experience in BTL marketing, field sales, or event promotions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory Open to frequent travel for on-ground activities Practical experience in stall setup, lead/form collection, and field coordination Basic knowledge of Excel required Energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven personality
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
