Key Responsibilities:

Material Inspection:

Inspect incoming materials- Stainless material (e.g., Pipe, Round Bar, Plate, fittings) to verify material with purchase order and Mill test report (chemical composition and mechanical properties.) Verify that materials are stored and handled properly to prevent damage or degradation.

Fabrication Inspection:

Monitor fabrication processes at every stage, including cutting, forming & welding Inspect welds using visual inspection and non-destructive testing methods ( e.g., Dye Penetration test & Ultrasonic Testing ) Perform NDT examination to detect defects and assess material integrity. Interpret and evaluate NDT results to determine acceptability.

Dimensional Inspection:

Verify the dimension of product and geometric configuration using measuring instruments .

Hydrostatic Testing:

Witness hydrostatic tests to verify leakaging at weld joints and pressure vessel integrity.

Quality Assurance:

Review inspection reports, test reports and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and product quality. Identify and report quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualification:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent B.tech in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
