Job Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production planning and shop-floor activities Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency Support senior engineers in machine setup, trials, and process improvement Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms, and 5S practices Maintain production reports, shift logs, and documentation Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams Identify production issues and report to seniors Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Familiarity with shop-floor practices and quality standards Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required Good communication and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
