Job Description

Project Planning and Execution:

The Mechanical Site Engineer is responsible for creating project plans, scheduling tasks, and overseeing project execution to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

This role involves identifying and resolving mechanical issues on-site, making critical decisions to overcome challenges, and ensuring project continuity.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

The Mechanical Site Engineer collaborates with architects, structural engineers, and other departments to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Providing leadership to on-site teams, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating activities to achieve project goals efficiently.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

Constantly seeking ways to improve mechanical processes, introduce innovative solutions, and enhance project efficiency.

Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients to understand their mechanical requirements, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
