Perform testing of electrical panels, control panels, and automation systems.
Assist in wiring check, continuity check, insulation resistance testing.
Support functional testing of PLC, drives, sensors, and field devices (under guidance).
Record and maintain testing results and prepare test reports.
Help ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards before dispatch.
Assist in daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot basic electrical issues in machines or panels.
Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of electrical systems.
Monitor equipment health and report abnormalities to senior engineers.
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and components.
Understanding of control panels, motors, drives, and PLC basics (added advantage).
Ability to read electrical diagrams (schematics).
