Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - College Campus

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Supervisor (B.Tech Electrical Engineering) to oversee, maintain, and manage all electrical works in the college campus. The role involves supervision of installations, maintenance of electrical systems, and ensuring uninterrupted power supply and safety compliance across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all electrical operations, equipment, and systems within the college campus.

Ensure proper functioning of power supply, wiring, lighting, UPS, generators, and lab equipment.

Plan and carry out preventive maintenance of electrical installations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.

Coordinate with contractors/vendors for repair, maintenance, and new installations.

Maintain records of electrical inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance reports.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical regulations.

Provide technical support during college events and infrastructure projects.

Guide and manage a team of electricians and technical staff.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

1 years of experience in electrical maintenance/supervision (preferably in educational institutions, industries, or large facilities).

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety protocols.

Ability to read electrical layouts, drawings, and manuals.

Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to handle emergency situations and provide quick solutions.
