Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic and multi-talented Mechanical Engineer

who is eager to explore new technologies and contribute to the expanding field of online industrial sales. This role combines

engineering expertise, e-commerce operations, and customer support

, requiring someone who can effectively bridge technical understanding with digital sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed

product descriptions

for machines and components. Understand

product specifications and functionality

(Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic) to provide accurate technical support and solutions to customers. Conduct

market and competitor research

to support sales and purchasing teams with strategic insights. Manage

daily e-commerce operations

, including stock updates, order tracking, and product listings. Regularly

update websites and online marketplaces

with the latest product specifications, technical drawings, and images. Work closely with the

back-office team

to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Read, interpret, and work with

2D engineering drawings

and

3D CAD models

. Utilize

basic 2D/3D CAD tools

for simple design modifications or documentation tasks. Coordinate with

vendors and suppliers

for procurement and technical discussions.

Skills & Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

or related field. Knowledge of

Fiber / CO? Laser Machines

will be an added advantage. Proficiency in

2D and 3D CAD software

. Good understanding of

mechanical and electrical components

. Excellent

communication and problem-solving skills

. Willingness to learn and adapt to

new digital tools and e-commerce platforms

. Strong

organizational and multitasking abilities
