Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable STEM Lab Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on learning sessions in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The ideal candidate will inspire students through project-based learning, robotics, coding, and experiments, promoting problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct STEM lab sessions across grade levels using modern tools (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, robotics kits, etc.). Design and implement interactive STEM activities, experiments, and projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students during hands-on activities. Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM learning into classroom curriculum. Ensure lab equipment is maintained, calibrated, and used safely. Assess student progress and prepare activity reports and project documentation. Organize STEM fairs, exhibitions, and competitions. Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging technologies in STEM education.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, or, B. Tech CSE, BCA, B.Sc. CS field. Experience in conducting STEM, robotics, or coding sessions Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Scratch, Python, C++) and educational platforms. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and inspire young minds. Passion for technology and innovation in education.
