Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per the curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, notes, and teaching materials. Guide and mentor students in academic and project-related activities. Conduct assessments, internal exams, and evaluate answer sheets. Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities. Maintain discipline and academic standards in the classroom and laboratories. Support students in skill development and career guidance.

Required Skills

Good command over core civil engineering subjects. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Basic computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Willingness to learn and adapt to institutional requirements.
