Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
BTech Civil Engineer
to join our Projects Team. The selected candidate will work closely with the
Project Director
, providing technical, administrative, and site support for ongoing construction and infrastructure development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Director in planning, coordinating, and monitoring various project activities.
Conduct site inspections and report progress, delays, or quality concerns.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for material and work execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.
Track daily site progress and update project schedules.
Support in preparing drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD and MS Project (if required).
Attend project review meetings and maintain minutes and action plans.
Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and project budgeting when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
BTech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
0-3 years of relevant work experience in site or project coordination roles.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and methods.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
