7)Work closely with agronomists to ensure machinery aligns with field level practices.

8) Develop methodologies for equipment validations to assess performance.

9)Plan and organize field demonstrations to showcase functionality.

10) Gather feedback from farmers and end-users for optimization.

11)Conduct research to identify trends for continuous improvement in machinery design.

12)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

salary:

20k-25k.
