Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling to students and parents regarding B.Tech admission processes and academic programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with admission-related queries.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Meet weekly and monthly targets related to admissions.
Coordinate with the admission and academic departments as needed.

Minimum qualification:
12th pass/Graduation
(preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
