Summary:

The Mid-Level BTB Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications and solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role involves collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure that solutions meet organizational requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform using technologies such as SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and APIs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Assist in the integration of SAP BTP solutions with other SAP modules and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.

- Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure the quality and security of developed applications.

- Document design specifications, technical processes, and operational procedures for developed solutions.

- Stay updated on advancements in SAP BTP and related technologies to improve development processes and outcomes.

- Provide support and training to end-users on the functionality and features of developed applications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform development, including knowledge of relevant development technologies.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or JavaScript, and familiarity with development frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.

- Good interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles is advantageous.

- Relevant SAP certification in BTP or related development areas is preferred.

- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore, India

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.

- Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.

- Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.

- Strong written and verbal English (required)

- Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)

Pay: ?913.00 - ?1,245.00 per hour
