Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English (B.A. English) B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory Minimum 6 months - 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English literature and language to classes 6 std to 10 sdt as per the prescribed curriculum. Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction. Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback. Encourage critical thinking, reading, and writing skills among students. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events. Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
