Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting

standards (e.g., Ind AS / IFRS).

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities related to the rental business, including lease

income, operating expenses, depreciation, and lease liabilities.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Analyze financial performance and variances related to warehouse rental income, occupancy

rates, and operational costs.

Ensure timely billing and revenue recognition of rental income from warehouse tenants.

Monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts for rental dues.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, especially in relation to rental income and

warehouse operating costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper allocation of costs to warehouse

facilities.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Stay updated on industry regulations, GST implications, and financial reporting requirements

Specific to the warehousing sector.

Qualifications
