The Staff Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care, preventive healthcare, and support services to elderly residents, ensuring their overall health, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
Conduct health assessments, routine check-ups, and support immunization programs for elderly residents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, nursing notes, and patient charts.
Assist doctors and visiting healthcare professionals during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
Monitor residents' physical and mental health and report any changes promptly to the medical team.
Educate residents and family members on health management, hygiene, nutrition, and wellness practices.
Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
Participate in community health programs, awareness initiatives, and health camps as required.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure holistic elderly care.
Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing degree (Mandatory)
Experience in elder care, hospital nursing, community health, or clinical settings (internship or work experience accepted)
