Job Description

Laboratory & Research:

Conducting lab tests, preparing samples, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols.

Quality Control (QC):

Inspecting raw materials and finished products, performing QA checks, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Data & Analysis:

Collecting, recording, and interpreting data, as well as managing and analyzing datasets.

Operations & Administration:

Assisting with daily tasks, updating records, creating reports, and handling client queries (via email/call).

Technical/IT Support:

Programming, developing software, managing data, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills for Freshers

Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of tools and methods relevant to the field (e.g., microbiology techniques, chemical analysis, programming languages).

Documentation:

Strong attention to detail for recording results and maintaining records.

Communication:

Good written and verbal communication for reporting and team collaboration.
