Job Description

Sample Testing & Analysis:

Conducting tests in hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, and histology to analyze samples for abnormalities.

Equipment Management:

Operating, calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex laboratory instruments and analyzers.

Quality Control (QC):

Adhering to strict safety protocols, maintaining sterilization standards, and validating accuracy of lab results.

Documentation:

Recording test outcomes, managing patient data in Lab Information Systems (LIS), and preparing detailed reports.

Phlebotomy & Sample Handling:

Collecting, labeling, and processing blood, tissue, or body fluid samples.

Specialized Testing:

Performing advanced diagnostics like molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA analysis) and preparing samples for pathology.
