Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Lab Technician

to join our family clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting samples, conducting routine laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role may involve traveling locally for home sample collection, so a

valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory

.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and label patient samples (blood, urine, etc.) as per clinical protocols. Conduct basic diagnostic tests and ensure accurate reporting. Maintain laboratory equipment and cleanliness of the lab. Follow all infection control and safety procedures. Maintain proper documentation of test results and lab records. Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for timely delivery of reports. Visit patients' homes for sample collection when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/B.Sc MLT). Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; freshers may also apply. Knowledge of laboratory practices, equipment, and safety protocols.

Valid two-wheeler driving license

and access to a two-wheeler (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
