We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated B.Sc. Medical B.Ed qualified teacher to prepare students for competitive teaching examinations such as PSTET, Master Cadre, CTET, and other State Teacher Recruitment Exams. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science) and Pedagogy, with a strong focus on exam-oriented preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Science (Biology/Chemistry/Environmental Science) as per the PSTET and Master Cadre syllabus
Provide pedagogy of science as required for competitive teaching exams
Prepare students for objective-type questions (MCQs) and descriptive answers
Design and deliver exam-oriented lesson plans
Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
Analyze previous years' question papers and explain exam patterns
Guide students on time management and exam strategies
Track student progress and provide regular feedback
Update teaching material according to the latest exam notifications
Skills & Competencies
Strong subject knowledge in Medical Science (Biology & Chemistry)
In-depth understanding of teaching aptitude and pedagogy
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for competitive exams
Familiarity with state and central teacher recruitment exams
Experience in offline/online teaching is an advantage
Experience
Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply
Prior experience in competitive exam coaching preferred
