Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

B.Sc. graduate

to work as a

CNC / VMC Machine Operator

. The candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC and VMC machines for machining components Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions Load and edit basic CNC programs (offsets, tool changes, zero setting) Monitor machine operations and ensure dimensional accuracy Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges) Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain production records and report deviations or machine issues

B.Sc. qualification (Physics / Mathematics / Engineering-related field preferred) Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machining concepts Understanding of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes Ability to read technical drawings Willingness to work in shifts if required Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Freshers can apply (training will be provided)

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in CNC/VMC operation Knowledge of G-code and M-code Familiarity with quality control tools and methods
