To manage and develop agricultural activities on an 8-acre farm, ensuring efficient crop planning, high productivity, and sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute crop cultivation as per soil, climate, and season.
Conduct soil testing and recommend appropriate fertilizers and nutrients.
Supervise day-to-day farm operations, including sowing, irrigation, spraying, and harvesting.
Implement modern and sustainable farming techniques.
Monitor crop health and manage pests and diseases effectively.
Maintain records of inputs, yield, costs, and farm activities.
Coordinate and supervise farm labor and vendors.
Ensure optimum use of water, seeds, fertilizers, and machinery.
Provide regular progress and yield reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory).
Knowledge of crop cycles, soil management, and farm inputs.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
