Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate agri-input solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business. Provide timely and accurate information on order status and delivery. Handle inquiries and offer expert advice on crop schedules, pests, and nutrient deficiencies. Maintain customer databases and sales records. Assist in technical sales support and guide internal teams for cross-selling opportunities. Respond to farmers queries and ensure prompt resolution. Prepare crop advisory content and schedules based on seasonal demand.

Strong communication skills (verbal and digital) Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Sound knowledge of agriculture practices, common pests, diseases, and nutrient management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Dedication, honesty, punctuality, and resilience Passionate, self-motivated, and goal-driven

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
