Responsibilities

Project Requirements: Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Make informed decisions about technology stack and design patterns. Technical Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of complex technical projects, from design to deployment. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and best practices. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in React.js and front-end development to continuously improve the team's processes and applications Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

6-10 years of professional experience in front-end development. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js. Good hands-on experience with Next.js. Good proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable, type-safe front-end applications. Expertise in modern state management tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or TanStack Query. Strong experience integrating REST, including authentication, caching, and error handling. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, build optimization, release management, and production monitoring. Experience building design systems, reusable component libraries, and scalable component architectures. Experienced in team management and code reviews.
