Client Acquisition & Development:

Prospecting new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand the client base.

Sales & Consultation:

Clearly explaining financial products or services, offering personalized advice to meet client needs.

Relationship Management:

Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service, handling queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Conducting market research, monitoring trends, and analyzing financial data to provide clients with timely advice and informed investment strategies

Compliance:

Adhering to all industry regulations, company policies, and internal guidelines, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Typical Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous sales experience within broking sector

Reporting & Metrics:

Tracking sales performance, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales metrics to achieve or exceed targets.

Collaboration:

Working with internal teams, such as product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive solutions. Hindi and English is must
Requirements: ₹ Possess at least 2 yrs of experience as RM in Stocks
